We offer two camps during the summer for your athlete to enjoy!
Youth Performance Camp
- Camp is 8 weeks long
- Monday, Wed and Thursday
- 8:00 - 9:00am
- Starts: Monday, June 16th
Focus is on:
- Foundational Movements
- Body Awareness
- Balance
- Fun while exercising
Ages : 7 - 10 years old
- No prior experience needed
$250
Teen Performance Camp
- Camp is 9 weeks long
- Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday
- Choose: 10:00am, 11:00am or 3:00pm
- Camp is 1 hour long
- Starts: Monday, June 9th
Focus is on:
- Safety while lifting
- Strength
- Speed
- Power
- Force Production
- Making athletes more athletic!
Ages : 11 - 17 years old
- No prior experience needed
- No more than 20 athletes per class
